اکیف (Akif) یک سریال تاریخی و زندگی‌نامه‌ای ترکی محصول ۲۰۲۳ است که بخش‌هایی از زندگی محمد عاکف ارسوی، شاعر سرود ملی ترکیه، را روایت می‌کند. داستان در سال‌های پرآشوب جنگ جهانی اول و دوران مبارزه ملی می‌گذرد؛ زمانی که عاکف در کنار تلاش برای حفظ خانواده، برای آگاهی‌بخشی به مردم و اتحاد جوانان در برابر دشمن مبارزه می‌کند. سفر او از استانبول تا مصر، برلین و آنکارا سرانجام به نگارش سرود استقلال ترکیه و یکی از مهم‌ترین دوره‌های زندگی او منتهی می‌شود.

Akif is a 2023 Turkish historical biographical drama series inspired by the life of Mehmet Akif Ersoy, the poet who wrote the Turkish National Anthem. Set during the turbulent years of World War I and the Turkish National Struggle, the story follows Akif as he tries to protect his family while encouraging young people to unite against the enemy. His journey takes him through Istanbul, Egypt, Berlin and Ankara, leading to the writing of the Turkish Independence Anthem. The series explores patriotism, family, faith, sacrifice and the struggle for national independence.
